In Pursuit of Good Living.  Ethically good, aesthetically good, practically good--just plain good.  That's what we want, and that's what's happening in Weekapaug Grove.   Four families live in the development now, and there is already a great espirit de corps.  Just looking to add a few more fine people to the mix!

The Tait Residence on Lot 3.  Leed Platinum!   One of the most energy efficient houses around.  And a joy to hang out in. 

The heart of the Common Space is a beautiful grassy area, just above the garden space.
